Save the Date
Staff turn any town date into a QR code. Residents scan it with their phone camera and the date goes into their calendar with the place filled in.

The code appears right away on the counter display, or prints on a poster or bill insert.
Resident scans it
They point their phone camera at the code. No app and no sign-up.

One tap adds the event with the title, date and location filled in.
Print it everywhere
Use the same code on tax bill inserts, lobby posters, the counter sign and the town website.

Questions
- What is inside the code?
- Only the event: title, date and place, in the standard calendar format phones understand. Nothing about the resident.
- Do residents need an app?
- No. iPhone and Android cameras open calendar codes directly.
- Can we change a date after printing?
- Printed codes hold the date itself, so reprint if a date moves. Codes on your CiviTools page update with your settings.
