What the resident does.
Open Request Appointment
Tap Window B on the town page and pick the office: assessors, clerk or building.
Drag to block off time
Drag across the hours that work. Switch between Day, Week and Month, and include weekends if the office has Saturday hours.
Add another block
Use + Add another block for a second day or time.
Include all in message
The request is written for the resident, listing each block of time.
Send it
Email it, Text it or Calendar invite opens the resident's own app with the message ready. Nothing on the page is saved, logged or sent by CiviTools.

- No. Requests arrive in the inbox the office already uses.
- Is the appointment confirmed automatically?
- No. It is a request. The office replies to confirm a time, the same way it answers email today.
- Is anything stored?
- No. The page builds the message and hands it to the resident's email, text or calendar app.
